Status Update - 5/11/09

The database has been updated to reflect the contact information of the current interim coach at Richmond and to note the impending retirement of Janet Grubbs at Longwood.

The list of selected schools that appears on the map page now contains headers to show the start of each division

Later today, the profile will be updated to show the division and conference in which the institution plays.

Status Update - 5/6/09

The database should be close to 100% accurate at all levels of play ( DI through DIII). The primary exclusions are (1) in season coaching changes - I know of only two; and (2) programs that are set to come online in 2010. For the latter the DI schools of Florida and Jacksonville are in the database, but for the present I have left Liberty out because their web site does not indicate that a coach has been selected. If you know something to the contrary, please let me know via email using the link below. I'll be grabbing the DII and DIII schools that are new in 2010 shortly.

I've also reworked the interface to the map a bit, which is the reason the site was down for the last part of yesterday and early this morning. The filter for population size is now selectable from a list and only one option in that category can be active at any one time. It seems a more logical way to do it and I can easily add more options if people want to see more level of control over that filter. If you experience any problems with the new interface, I'd appreciate it if you let me know via the < href="mailto:eshea3@womenslacrosse.info">email.

If you leave the map page, for example to go to see a profile, when you return, your filters should be retained but the map will be zoomed all the way out so you can see all of your currently selected institutions.
